Questions NPs ask us
Can a nurse practitioner open their own practice?
It depends on your state. Some states give NPs full practice authority. Others require a collaborative or supervisory agreement with a physician. Members build models that fit their state’s rules, and your coach helps you plan around them. Your state board of nursing and a healthcare attorney have the final word on legal questions.
I work for a hospital or clinic. Is this for me?
Yes. Some NP members build a program alongside their current role and keep that role. Some step out on their own timeline. Some stay and grow residual income around the work they already do. Your coach works with the road you choose.
Can a nurse practitioner run a cash‑pay practice?
Yes, and you do not have to leave insurance to work with us. Members run cash‑pay practices, insurance‑based practices and hybrids of the two. Your coach helps you plan the model that fits your patients, your payer contracts and your state’s rules.
Is this only for functional or longevity care?
No. Members are MDs, DOs, PhDs, NPs, PAs, NDs, DCs and health practitioners across many kinds of care, from primary care and aesthetics to hormone, gut and functional care. Some work in clinic and some virtually, if that is their goal. Longevity is one path you can choose, never a requirement.
Which program is the right fit for a nurse practitioner?
It depends on your practice revenue and your goals. Freedom Coaching is group coaching for practices from $0 to $1M. EPIC Coaching is for practices from $1M to $5M, by application. Apex Coaching is a private leadership group for $5M and up, by invitation only. Your growth consultant will help you choose.
What does membership cost?
