By signing up for membership, logging into, paying for, continuing to access, or implementing any of the templates, advice, or suggestions in any paid content created by HEA, the Member is agreeing to be held to the terms & conditions outlined in the agreement
1. Who’s involved in this agreement

2. The Secret to Success
Your ability/willingness to take action is the key to the entire program. Our programs have spawned many successful virtual practices, but only from those who did the work.

At the end of that term, you’ll have the opportunity to continue with coaching solely at the discretion of the HEA coaching staff.
4. What you’re agreeing to pay and what you get
The most important thing to note… if you chose the payment plan, it’s a legally binding payment plan you’re promising to pay off in its entirety. It is not a subscription like Netflix that you can cancel anytime.

5. How you can and cannot use the content
5.1 How your membership gives you access to HEA material
As a Member you are granted a limited license to view the content provided by HEA. You do not own any of it. HEA maintains the sole intellectual property ownership of all of its educational, instructional, and coaching material delivered in any form, which includes but isn’t limited to the Member Dashboard, Coaching calls, emails, and text messages. No material may be used without express written permission.
5.2 Use of content
HEA Content
The content HEA delivers to you (member), either through our dashboard, calls, or any other means is meant for you and your team’s consumption. No one else. You (the Member) agree not to share any of HEA’s systems, information, copy or list of our members with any other entity(ies) outside of the HEA’s Dashboard System. Since all of our information is proprietary, any redistribution is strictly prohibited. Your staff is permitted to use the course’s supplied marketing material in your company’s internal and external marketing of your practice. If HEA feels your company is using any of its material for profit by reselling, repurposing or redistributing, HEA will remove your Clinic’s access to all of the training and issue a lifetime ban from HEA’s future programs and services and will be a breach of this agreement.
HEA Branding
As a Member you’re also agreeing not to use the HEA branding, logo, color scheme or any other company branding material as your own company branding.
Competing Business
As part of this agreement, as a Member you’re agreeing not to start a competing virtual practice education company or service.
6. How you’re expected to act while in our program
Our community is extremely important to us, as it should be to you. As a Member you’re expected to treat the other members with respect and dignity. One of our core values at HEA is “Assume the best in others”. This will be extremely important to your growth and interactions with the HEA community so you can get the most out of your membership.
What you or any of your staff can’t do:
- Speak negatively about any other members past or current or any member of the HEA staff in any form or publicly available location. This includes but isn’t limited to social media, personal emails, or public pages on your site.
- If the Member acts in a way prohibited by this agreement, HEA reserves the right to revoke the license to the content completely, and still gather full payment
In the unfortunate event that the Member is found to be breaking these guidelines or any other guidelines explained during coaching, the Member will be in breach of this agreement and be subject to removal from the programs.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Non-disclosure
The Member acknowledges that misuse of HEA’s Property during or after the Term of this Agreement (“Unauthorized Use”) may result in legal action. HEA shall determine in good faith the extent to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance of its obligations.
